In most cases your goods will be shipped within 2-5 days but some "special order" items may take longer to be delivered, this will usually be stated in the item description. We will give you the delivery time on these items as soon as our suppliers give us the information.
If there is likely to be a delay with any item we will notify you straight away.
Smaller items will usually be shipped using either Royal Mail "Signed for" or "Special Delivery" services, larger items will be sent via courier.
On occasion we may ship directly from the manufacturer/UK importer to speed up delivery if we do not have the item in stock.
All shipping costs are based on the weight of the item or items you have purchased and the method of delivery that you choose. We can ship to various countries worldwide and shipping prices will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. If you are unable to checkout because there is no shipping option for your country please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.
Goods will either be returned to us or directly to one of our suppliers. You must contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

How to Return Goods
In many circumstances it will be simpler for you to return the goods yourself. However, in circumstances where goods are too heavy and/or bulky for you to return, you may wish to use our Courier Service to collect the package from your home or business address. In this event there is a standard administration charge of £10 in addition to the return delivery charge that will be confirmed with you a the time of booking the collection. The parcel(s) must be securely wrapped.
Payment for Return Carriage
If an incorrect or damaged part is being returned then we shall cover the return costs up to a maximum of £12 for heavy items and £7.50 for lighter items. If you have arranged the return then send us a copy of the receipt and we shall refund you as soon as the goods are received back and we agree that the reason for return is not your fault.
If you are returning unwanted goods and we have agreed to take them back then you will have to pay for any return costs.
All warranty claims need to be returned carriage paid unless the manufacturer agrees to pay the carriage in the case of a successful claim. Most of the manufacturers/importers in our market do not credit anybody with warranty carriage costs, but if they do, we will pass it onto you.
If a part has been incorrectly supplied then we shall arrange for the correct part to be sent to you as quickly as possible or you can return the goods for immediate refund. If you require the correct part to be sent to you before we receive back the incorrect item then we shall require payment for the replacement part which will be immediately refunded when we receive the incorrect part back. This is standard practice in the car parts mail order industry, not everyone sends things back! Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct part is ordered, if you order the wrong part we will not cover any carriage charges for the return. If however it is Prodigy Motorsport that is at fault we will cover this cost.
All damaged goods must be reported to us on the day of receipt so that we can claim against the courier. This is a rule imposed by them on us. We shall immediately arrange for the goods to be replaced.
If you decide you do not wish to keep a correctly supplied item then please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge) when they are received back with us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded.
All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer.
All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers Full Name and Address appearing on the Invoice (under "INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS") a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.
All returns must be sent back to us by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods at our warehouse or reception.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Prodigy Motorsport is entitled to deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.
This does not affect the Buyers statutory rights..
